Review "Perversion by T.M. Frazier"

USA Today bestselling author of the King Series, T.M. Frazier, brings you an all-new trilogy with a sexy anti-hero you're going to love to hate, and a ballsy heroine with more up her sleeve than just tricks.

Love is supposed to be a fairy tale.
Ours is a death wish.

I'm the executioner for the Bedlam Brotherhood.
She's a con artist working for my greatest enemy.

I use her.
She manipulates me.

We find ourselves on opposite sides of a bloody war.

My heart and head tell me I have to stay away.
My lust for her doesn't give a sh*t.

Nothings fair in love and gang war.

Review:
I was so excited to see this boo on my kindle. I found the blurb really interesting and it sure didn't disappoint. I can't wait to see how this story pans out.

What is this book about:
This book is about Tristan (aka Grim) and Emma-Jean aka Tricks. Both are foster kids that didn't get to be on the good side of the system. They got lost in the system and got abused by the system. Both meet when they are fairly young, Emma-Jean is 12 and Tristan is 16. After meeting Tristan gets moved to one home and they stay in touch by writing letters, until Emma-Jean gets moved as well. Tristan tries his best to find her but no luck.
Emma-Jean thoughts she was lucky when her best friends brother want to take in his sister and Emma-Jean. It seems like luck has abandoned Emma-Jean completely. The brother is a gang leader. He wants Emma-jean and his sister to pull in their weight, by any means necessarily (if you catch my meaning). Emma-Jean tries anything to get the money demanded and for a long time it's working but for how long?
When Tricks and Grim reunite, there is hope, hope that things will get better, but will that hope turn into a reality or will it remain a impossible dream....

What did I like about this book:
I found this book really intriguing. Especially that ending, oh my god you guys be aware of that cliffhanger. If you are someone that isn't to fond of cliffhangers, stay away from this one.
I want the second book now! I have to know what's going to happen next. I got the feeling that some of the teasers that where shared where for another book in this series....
I loved seeing that little crossover. I knew exactly who he was when it got pointed out by the mc.

Overall I really enjoyed this book. I feel like it acted more as a set up and that shit's about to get real in the next book.
