Review:
Good plot twist, lots of action. Love the characters Celeana and Dorian. I'm sad that they aren't together anymore. I feel like they could make it work.
Lots of things were set in motion for the rest of the series. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Review:
This book is my favorite in the series.  I love how the characters developed. The way aelin let go of her fear. She really grew op in this book and managed to crawl out of a very dark place and thrived. She managed to accept her past and decided not to let that drag her down anymore. She accepted that she isn't to blame for everything and doesn't need to feel guilty about things that were out of her control.
I love Rowan. He is what Aelin needs and vice versa. He accepted her for who she is and didn't put up with her bullshit and self pity.

Title: Queen of Shadows (Throne of Glass #4)

Quote: "You make me want to live Rowan. Not Survive, not exist, live."

Review:
I love to see where the story is going. It's very complex. Lots of different pov and not all of them are as interesting as the other but they are vital to the over all plot.  Personally I only love Aelins pov and would have liked Rowans pov but again I get that it's very important to the story to have the other povs in there.
I really liked how Aelins and Rowan's relationship progressed.
I also like how Aedion and Lysandra fit in to the story. They are my favorite secondary characters. I also liked Elide and Lorcan. Basicly I come to realize I liked most of the others but not Manon's pov ahah.

Title:  Empire of Storms (Throne of Glass #5)

Genre: New Adult Fantasy

Date read:  14-01-2017 - 16-01-2017

Quote: "Even when this world is a forgotten whisper of dust between the stars, I will always love you"

Review:
That ending, omg that ending. It was so heart breaking. I cried so much. It really broke my heart and made me very anxious for the next books. And it sucks that I have to wait so long to get it.
The plot is really complex and it really shows Maas's talent for world and story building. Everything is important.
Allot of things were kept secret and were revealed after it happened. This book, this series is one of those that when you reread it, it makes even more sense and you see new things that you didn't notice before. It really keeps you on your toes.

I loved how Rowan and Aelins relationship continued to grow. How they support each other. Yes they aren't perfect and their relationship needs to improve. Aelin needs to learn to communicate and trust others and that's a though progress. I mean she has every right to be secretive because of everything she went through but it has to change if she wants to be queen.

Review:
The books start of  a bit slow but picks up about 3/4 into the book.
It's a great set up for the rest of the series and i almost consider it a prequel of sorts. It's written very cleverly. I'll try to explain why without spoiling to much. You see after reading the second book you'll look at this book differently. And after doing a reread I noticed allot of signs I didn't before which really made me change my mind about certain characters.

This is my favorite book in the series. I mean who in their right mind don't love Rhysand. He wins the book boyfriend award big time haha.
I loved the plot twist. Rhysand is the absolute best.
Feyre overcoming ptsd and her trauma, realizing her own worth and realizing she was in a abusive relationship. She got through her depression and got stronger. She realized it was never her fault, she wasn't to blame for how Tamlin treated her.
Rhysand suffered and struggle allot but the way he was dealing with his struggles and how he overcame them and grew from it it's inspiring. He is a very selfless characters.

Didn't like it. It felt rushed, not developed properly, not set up well.  I felt like I missed something from time to time.
I really liked the concept. I loved the idea of a veteran and him overcoming the war. Sadly this book had great potential but it didn't reach that potential.

I must say I liked this book better the second time I read it. I think the first time I just finished the covenant series so those characters were still very present in my head. So far I think the covenant series is better but I truly love this book.
I really liked learning more about Seth and his journey.

I really loved revisiting this word, I have a thing or Greek mythology.

Review:
Great book good character development. I loved seeing old characters from the covenant series again. I'm growing to really like Seth and I forgave him for the things he did in the covenant series.  I honestly believe he isn't as bad as the things he did and he was manipulated into doing allot of stuff. I'm glad to see Josie is seeing that and is helping him overcome his past.

I really like this book. It was easy to read, fun, sexy with enough angst and drama.
Jocely (heroine) was a tad to stubborn at some point, which was really frustrating.
I really liked Branden (Hero), he was very supportive, kind, and very sexy.
Overall I really enjoyed this book I will read more books in this series.

I don't like this book at all. The idea is great but it's written poorly in my opinion. The h is very annoying, and shows little respect for other people. Others in the books keeps saying how amazing she is, how strong etc but she does nothing to prove it.  Instead she keeps doing stupid and dangerous things that get her and others in allot of trouble.
The writing was all over the place.

I liked this book but for me the main characters went from "I hate you" to "I love you and can't life without you"way to fast for my liking. That's what made me like this book less. It made it unbelievable for me. The thing I mentioned above happened in a span of days. Two weeks most.
Overall I enjoyed this read

Review:
This was a very beautiful and emotional read. The characters had to work through some really messed up and hard stuff. And that takes some and allot of patience. I had to remind myself of that sometimes. There were times where I got annoyed with h for pushing  H away over and over again. But I get it, letting people in and trusting them is freaking hard.
Overall I really enjoyed reading this book but it felt a bit dragged out at certain moments.

I didn't like this story at all. The H is a complete asshole and not in the fun way. h is a pushover and doesn't know what she wants.
The further I got into this story them ore annoyed I got. The book ended with a cliffhanger that was only through in there to make the reader rad the second book. The ending made no sense what so ever and made the H seem like an even bigger selfish asshole.
I have no desire what so ever to read the second book.

I loved the change in Seth. He seems more settled, more anchored. He seems more comfortable with him self.
I love how his relationship with Josie changed. How comfortable Seth became with loving her. He totally excepted his feeling for her and is willing to do anything for her.
I absolutely loved seeing Alex and Aiden again and loved how they fit into the story without taking the focus from Seth and Josie.
It's going to be sad to say goodbye to all the characters after the last book.

I really like this book. It honored it's title, it was dirty in deed. I'm sure I had a red face most of the time, maybe I shouldn't have read it in public.
This book was a spin off from another series by this authors, and while it wasn't really necessary, it would have helped reading that series first. It would have cleared up some details.

Be aware of the cliffhanger.

I liked the story and overall I really enjoyed reading it.

I just love this author.  She writes such funny, sarcastic, strong beautiful characters. Powerful women that don't need a man and won't let a man change who she is but lets a man compliment her and she him.  She shows that a woman can be strong and also lean on her partner, trust him to help her and support her while fighting her own battles. And also that there is nothing wrong with asking for help at the same time, that being in a relationship means you don't have to do everything by yourself anymore even though you can.
The plot is really good and the story has tons of really steamy scenes in it.

Harer's getting more comfortable in her relationships She lets not help her and even lets hi decides things from time to time without being a doormat. She still stands up for herself and maintains her own live and keeps her own identity but she is also learning when to fight certain topics and when not to.

I liked this book. Absolutely hate the cover so much it almost made me not want to read it. And it has kept me from reading it in the past. The reason I read it now is that Suzanne convinced me of her writing skills in other books.
Anyhow I liked that the h called the H out on his sexist shit. I liked that she stood her ground against him and demanded respect.
I liked the under lying plot, and the amount of sexy scenes. It was a good balanced mixture of both. While I really liked this book,it wasn't as good as her other books.

I really enjoyed reading this book and I love how these characters turned out. I love seeing them develop and grow.
It might have something to do with my reading seed and rush to know whats happening. In other words I'm very impatient but the consequence of that is that i sometimes had trouble figuring out what was going on and who was who. There were allot of side characters.

This is the last book with Harer and Nox as the main characters.
The book took a turn I didn't expect, but is was a good turn. I really loved seeing how nox and harpers relationship developed even more. They came such a long way since the first book. They struggled,  especially Harper but they made it work.
Overall this was a great story and I can't wait to see how the series will continue.  I'm sure we''ll see harper and nox plenty of times in the future.

I mean it was to be expected because we see things from a psychopaths point of view but dam.
These characters were sick and not in a fun way.
I prefer the first two book over this one but over all I did enjoy reading it. Not sure what that says about me.

I really liked the idea behind this book. It had great potential but I don't like how it was written.  I felt like the H had a hot one night stand with the h just because he was attracted to her. That is totally fine. But what I didn't like is when he found out that the h was the girl he always hated in the past, teased her etc, he suddenly claims he cares for her and that he always had. It felt to fast and sudden for me. There wasn't much getting to know each other between the one night stand and their relationship. It was to insta love for me and i'm not a big fan of that.

I really don't like Blake. I didn't trust him. Katy frustrated me at time. I understand why she did what she did but she was to set on her assumptions to really see. And that had consequences.

I liked that it featured an aurum and not the luxen. It gave the series another perspective. It shows that not everything is black and white. Not all arum are bad an not all luxen are good. It shows that sometimes the person that you see as the hero, is a villain in somebody else's story.
It also gave some vital information for opposition.

Nila and Jethro came really close to escaping and having their happily ever after but it was rude fully grabbed from them. I liked this book a bit better than the first one because it was easier to keep track of who everybody was.
Charley is stil her smart mouth self and Reyes remains a mystery but we see more of hi in this book And that makes me very happy.
The chemistry between Reyes and Charley is of the charts. I really wish there was more moments like that. That there was a bit more romance. I know romance isn't the focus point of this serie but darynda writes it so well. Very hot indeed.

I'm starting to enjoy this series more and more. Charley is and remains a funny bad-ass. Not really a bad ass with her fighting skills per see but with her attitude towards life. The girl keeps on going.  She works hard for what she believes in and I really like that about her. She needs to learn about safety though, most importantly her own.

Poor Charley really went through the wringer in this book. She really has allot to over come. As much as she doesn't deserve what happened to her, it did mate her more relatable, more human to me.
I'm seriously getting more and more excited about this series. I think I'm officially hooked now.

I think this book might be my favorite in the series yet. In this one the relationship between Charley and Reyes really grows and develops. I'm really excited about that. Took them long enough haha.
They spend more time together and really spend time growing as a couple
And that ending, omg, it really makes me want to jump into their world and find out. What will Charley do this time!

It took me a while to read this book, But i'm glad I did. I really like it. Its nice to see that even though Charley is developing as a person she isn't changing. She remains a badas, and she remains hiarious. te htings she'd do for her friends and family are admirable.
Reyes is still a big hot mystery and I think he'll always remains that way. but we do get to know him more and more in eah book and I'm glad. It really keeps things interesting.

That ending! Talk about a complication of sorts. It's been really fun watching Charley and Reyes together. Watching them as a couple.
I also really like osh. He's very interesting and funny. I'd lope to learn more about him.

I liked this one. I could tel its really building up to something and I want to know what.
Charley really had to take it easy or wel she tried because of her pregnancy. That on its self is a job alone, making sure Charley is taking it easy.
There weren't as much moments Reyes as I would have liked but the (plenty) ones we id have were great. It was nice seeing them as a couple and really working on it. Communication remains a thing that they, especially Charley is struggling with.

This wasn't my favorite book in the series but it was still very good. It was great to see Charley fall in love with Reyes all over again. Those two are made for each other.
It was great to see the people Charley loves go through such lengths to help her and to be there for her. It was heart warming.

I loved this book. It's a great way to end the series.
It was full of action. It really made my heart thump. I liked seeing Tess and Q in this book. I was mad at Q in the last book but he made up for it.
I loved the little epilogue. It was great. My favorite series so far by pepper.

Great way to end a series. I do feel like this series was left open. Not everything got resolved. I'm looking forward to the novella.
There were some unexpected plot twists in this book. I had some suspicion but I wasn't sure. I loved how this book dealt with trauma. It was very good and realistic.
I still love Ivy and Ren. They are great together. And Tink was awesome.

I liked this novella. It was a nice epilogue to Georgie and Cline's story. They really are in their honeymoon phase and I don't mind it at all.
It was fun seeing a bit about Tatcher and Cassie. The next book will be about them and I look forward to reading it. I am a bit worried that Cassie will be a bit to much to handle thought.
Overall it was a nice read. A sweet touch to the story.

I liked the novella. It's sweet, hot and funny. I'm not so sure how to feel about Wes and Winnie. Not sure if I'm gonna like their story.  I have to wait and see.
It was fun to seem ore from Cassie and Tatcher. Cassie's getting more likable.
This is a very enjoyable series.

This book was okey. It wasn't my favorite in the series but I liked it better than the second one. In this case I wasn't a major fan of Wes and also not a fan of Winny. It ight also have something to do twith the fact that I don't like children in books that much.
I wasn't as if I hated this book or didn't enjoy reading it, because I did. It just didn't blow me away.

Great, intriguing start to a series. It really got me interested and hooked. It did take me a while to get into it though. Mac is a very sparkly girly girl who loves pink.
And there's allot happening at the same time. It was hard to keep track.

I'm not a huge fan of mac. She's a little to much of a girly girl for me but she does get better. She is very interesting and tries to be a bad ass. She is willing to do whatever it takes to get justice for her sister and I really respect hat.
And then there is Barron's. A man of many serets and mystery. I cn't wait to learn more about him.
The world Karen has build is very interesting and I can't wait to find out more.
